Payment Policy
Krabi Holiday Rental.com by Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership

  1. All reservation and rental payments have to be done via Bank transfer to only Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership. Details will be provided during the booking.
  2. Rental Payment terms:
    - 50% deposit on the reservation
    - 50% – 30 days prior to check in

Leasing Terms and Conditions
Krabi Holiday Rental By Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership

The following are terms and conditions under the booking and reservation of all homes, villas or apartments listing under Krabi holidayrental.com

  1. Krabiholidayrental.com by Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership is the service provider acting as leasing agent to the owner(s) of the home(s), villa(s) or apartment(s) listing on the company web site.
  2. The reservation of the home (s), villa(s) or apartment(s) will be confirmed by our contacting between you and Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team via either e-mail or fax. The reservation will complete and enforceable when the lessee has paid the deposit and rental in full amount to Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership’s bank account, and Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership has confirmed your booking and payment.
  3. Minimum night stay in the home (s), villa(s) or apartment(s) may be applied depending upon the policy of the owner(s) of the home (s), villa(s) or apartment(s). Details have to be checked from the details of each villa or apartment listed in the web site and confirming by Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team.
  4. Each home or Villa or apartment allows maximum guest to stay in the home or villa or apartment. Exceeding number of guests stated in the villa details and specifications may subject to an immediate termination of the lease agreement. Additional charge for the number of guest exceeding may be applied depending upon the policy of each home, villa or apartment owner. Exceeding number of guests stay in the home, villa or apartment may cause termination of the lease without refund of the rent or deposit.
  5. The rentals mentioned in the website may subject to change without prior notice.
  6. Pets, smoking (unless otherwise state in the home, villa or apartment details), hazardous material, drugs, any illegal material, or immoral activities are strictly prohibited in the home, villa or apartment. Evidence may cause immediate termination of the lease without refund of the rent or deposit and eviction.
  7. Refund of the delayed arrival is not applied.
  8. The lessee will be required to settle all extra charges from their using, including, but not limited to, telephones, transportation, personal laundry, tours or excursions, foods and beverages, or other services not included in the room rate before departure. Airport pick up is available but subject to charge and pre-arrange 2 days in advance to Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team
  9. Check-in time will be at 2pm except pre-arrange 2 days in advance to Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team and subject to approval.
  10. Checkout time will be at 12:00am. Late checkout will have to pre-arrange 36 hours in advance and subject to an availability and approval.
  11. Maid services, if available and provision at the home, villa or apartment as mentioned in the villa or apartment details, will serve you the cleaning works of the home, villa or apartment. Linen changing is also available.
  12. Private Maid services, if not include in the home, villa or apartment rental, will available on request 7 days in advance and subject to charge on a daily wage. Details please contact Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team.
  13. Private Cook, please check availability with Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team, is subject to charge on a daily wage, cost of foods and beverage will be responsible by the lessee.
  14. Driver and car, please check availability with Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team. The lessee will be responsible for gasoline, daily wages, car rental and any damage from the use.
  15. For safety, parents has to take care young children by themselves, the home, villa or apartment’s owner or Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership has no duty to look after safety to the customer for the rental and using of home, villa or apartment.
  16. Internet – Some home, villas or apartments are provided free of charge but some has not provided. Please check with Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team for more information.
  17. Telephone – both for local call or international call are mostly on charge basis. Please check with Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team for more information.
  18. Reservation is acceptable only from the 21 years of age reserver.
  19. Insurance – Most of the home, villa or apartment has no public liability insurance at the home, villa or apartment. Should you need to buy one please check with Krabi Holiday Rental and/or Engchuan Enterprise Services Team for more information.
  20. Krabi Holiday Rental.com or Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership who acts as agent for each home, villa or apartment accepts no liability for any property loss, damage nor any injure or accidents or any irregularity to the customer or lessee.
  21. The terms and conditions as mentioned above or any contracts to which they apply are governed by the Law of Kingdom of Thailand.
